By using Starship.financial, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclaimer. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that’s higher, and able to enter into a binding contract.

3. What Starship is

A market dashboard and related content, for information only. It isn’t a broker, exchange, wallet, custodian, payment processor, trading venue or investment advisor.

Nothing here is financial, legal, accounting or tax advice. Your decisions are your own, so get independent professional advice before you act.

5. Data and availability

Market data comes from third parties and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We don’t guarantee availability, and to the extent the law allows, we may change, pause or end any feature at any time without liability.

If accounts are offered, you’re responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Unless noted otherwise, the content, branding and design are protected by intellectual property law. You get a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, lawful, non-commercial use.

Starship relies on third-party APIs, libraries and hosting. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their availability, content, legal compliance or policy changes.

10. No warranty

To the maximum extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Starship.financial and its operators aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages, including lost profits, lost opportunity, trading losses, data loss or business interruption.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Starship.financial and its operators from claims, liabilities, losses, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms or your infringement of anyone’s rights.

13. Events beyond our control

We aren’t liable for delays or failures caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as outages, cyber incidents, infrastructure failures, government action, sanctions, war, natural disasters, labor disruption or third-party interruptions.

We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably suspect misuse, legal or security risk, or a policy violation.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the place where the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless mandatory law says otherwise, disputes go exclusively to the competent courts there.

To the maximum extent the law allows, claims must be brought individually, not as a plaintiff or member of any class, representative, collective or private-attorney-general action.

If any provision is found invalid, the rest stay in effect. Not enforcing a provision isn’t a waiver. We may transfer these Terms in a reorganization, merger or asset sale.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted with a new date, and continuing to use the service means you accept them.
