Terms of Service
Last updated: July 13, 2026
1. Acceptance and Binding Agreement
By accessing or using Starship.financial, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the service operator under these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Risk Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.
2. Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
3. Service Nature
The service provides informational market dashboards and related content. It is not a brokerage, exchange, wallet, custodian, payment processor, execution venue, or investment advisory service.
4. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
All content is informational only and is not financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should obtain independent professional advice before acting.
5. Data Accuracy and Service Availability
Market data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Availability is not guaranteed. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Accounts and Security
If account features are enabled, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activities under your account. You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
7. Acceptable Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use automated extraction, scraping, overload, or abuse patterns that impair service operation.
- Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, vulnerability probing, or circumvention of technical controls.
- Use the service for unlawful conduct, fraud, rights violations, or market manipulation.
- Misrepresent affiliation, ownership, or source of dashboard content.
8. Intellectual Property
Except where otherwise noted, all site content, branding, interface design, and original material are protected by intellectual property law. A limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license is granted for personal, lawful, non-commercial use.
9. Third-Party Services
The service may rely on third-party APIs, libraries, hosting, and infrastructure. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party availability, content, legal compliance, or policy changes.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starship.financial and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages, including lost profits, lost opportunity, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Starship.financial and its operators from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including outages, cyber incidents, infrastructure failures, government actions, sanctions, war, natural disasters, labor disruption, or third-party service interruptions.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, where misuse, legal risk, security risk, or policy violation is reasonably suspected.
15. Governing Law and Forum
These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
16. Class Action Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by law, claims must be brought only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, representative, collective, or private-attorney-general proceeding.
17. Severability, Waiver, and Assignment
If any provision is held invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms in connection with reorganization, merger, or asset transfer.
18. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions are effective upon posting with a revised date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
